In the past we have played at the Brick Kiln Garden Centre Café, the Festival of Chichester, on the bandstand in Hotham Park, and at various local music festivals, especially the Southdowns Music Festival (in Bognor Regis town centre) https://southdownsfolkfest.co.uk This fabulous festival takes place every September with many well known as well as local ukulele performers playing in the dedicated Ukulele Marquee from Friday to Saturday, with Concerts, Workshops, Open-Mics and Ukulele Jams for all!
We've played & jammed at other festivals, including the Isle-of-Wight, Hayling Island & Eastbourne. We've also provided entertainment at many parties and at a holiday park near Bracklesham where we started. So much fun! We enjoy playing at and supporting charity events as much as possible. Please let us know if there are any you would like us to help raise funds for.
In addition, we regularly play at WI meetings & Care Homes and also at the Waverley public house in Bognor Regis, where we host a monthly ukulele 'jam' session. We encourage all standards of players to come along to play and sing with us. We also run ukulele sessions aimed at beginners and inexperienced players called 'Making Your Mark'.
Our jams take place at the Waverley public house in Bognor Regis on the 3rd Wednesday of each month (1-3 pm in the function room). We also hold extra jams at the William Hardwicke in Bognor on the first Wednesday of each month (2-4 pm) throughout the summer. Further details can be found on our facebook page.
